Refund and Terms of Service

SHIPMENT RETURNS:

30 calendar days to return any item. Items must be unused, in the same packaging and condition you received it in.

25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-warranty returns and cancellations.

Inspection of all shipments upon arrival and any damage on the drivers waybill should be retained for your records. Sunderland Solar is not responsible for damage reported after the time of delivery.

Products must be shipped back to our warehouse at the buyers expense. Once products received in full a refund will be issued minus the restocking and credit card fee's.

** Items that are an open box and or used will not be accepted as a return **

NON SHIPPED REFUNDS:

ANY ORDER PLACED ONLINE THAT IS TO BE REFUNDED WILL BE ISSUED MINUS THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES FEE's + service fee of 1.5%.

2.9% +30c of the order value.

(The credit card company charges 2.9% of the total order cost + an additional 30cents, this the same for every Canadian merchant).
