All refunds on purchases made through our website will have the fees, which Sunderland Solar Inc. is charged on the initial transaction, deducted from the refund as the credit card companies do not refund these fees when a purchase is refunded. Please review the Refund and Terms of Service page prior to placing an order.

We try our best to keep our website as accurate as possible. You can always email us at info@sunderlandsolar.ca to check on pricing, shipping and availability prior to placing your order.

Sunderland Solar Inc. does not offer technical support. Product descriptions are not designed or intended to replace your personal product knowledge, experience and/or research, or that of a professional installer or licensed electrician. When in doubt, please seek advice from a professional in the alternative energy industry.

Price and terms are subject to change without notice.

Any item purchased will be subject to the GST/HST of 5, 12 or 13%, depending on the province plus the cost of shipping. You can expect your product to be shipped within 2 business days, and we will email you a tracking number when the item has been sent. If we encounter any unforseen delay, Sunderland Solar Inc. will contact you.

SHIPPING: All shipping costs reflected at the time of checkout can change and additional monies could be owed or refunded based on updated shipping costs at the time of shipping.

PRIVACY: We will not under any circumstances, sell or release your information to anyone.

JUST SO YOU ARE AWARE: Every order placed or refunded online, the credit card company charges us 2.9% plus 30 cents. We prefer E-Transfers to avoid this extra fee.
