DESCRIPTION
The PJ‑EL50H‑10‑P2 from Projoy Electric is a string‑level rapid shutdown / firefighter safety switch designed for multi‑string PV installations. It supports up to 5 PV strings and provides fast, controlled disconnection of DC circuits in emergency scenarios. Engineered for high-voltage systems, it is rated up to 1500 VDC. The unit is housed in a weather-resistant enclosure and includes protective features such as temperature-triggered shutdown, AC-absence detection (so it shuts down when grid power is lost), and manual emergency override. This makes it well suited for commercial, industrial, and residential array installations that demand safety compliance and code alignment.
